오토벨로(대표 박성환, 이하 “운영자”)는 Aero Simulatorrrr(이하 “앱”)를 운영하는 사업자로서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키고, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 앱은 차량 주위의 공기 흐름을 눈으로 즐기기 위한 시각화 앱이며, 회원가입 없이도 대부분의 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

화면 녹화·스크린샷 방지, 빠른 미리보기 모델링(사진 실루엣·한 바퀴 영상), 시뮬레이션 계산은 기기 안에서만 이뤄지며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 앱은 별도의 분석·추적 SDK를 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 보유 및 파기
- 계정 정보, 내 차, 요청·알림은 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관하고, 탈퇴 요청을 받으면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 구매·결제 기록은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
- 정밀 모델용 원본 사진은 운영자 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 확인과 3D 생성을 위해 아래 수탁사에 전송될 뿐이며, 운영자는 생성된 3D 모델과 썸네일만 보관합니다.
- 라이브러리에 공개된 3D 모델은 공유를 철회하면 라이브러리에서 내립니다.
- 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
3. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
운영자는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전은 해당 기능을 쓸 때 네트워크로 전송되는 방식으로 이뤄집니다.

운영자는 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 광고와 추적
- iOS: 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 허용을 요청합니다. 허용하지 않으면 광고 식별자를 쓰지 않고 개인화되지 않은 광고만 보입니다. 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- Android: Google 광고 ID가 맞춤 광고에 쓰일 수 있습니다. 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 광고(또는 Google › 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제하면 맞춤 광고가 중단됩니다.
- 어느 쪽이든 허용 여부와 상관없이 앱의 모든 기능을 똑같이 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 유럽경제지역·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google의 동의 화면이 먼저 나타나며, 앱 설정에서 다시 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 프리미엄 구독 중에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 계정 이메일 주소와 함께 요청하시면 본인 확인 후 10일 이내에 처리합니다. 기기에 저장된 정보(로그인 토큰, 설정, 공기 흐름 캐시)는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
6. 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호는 scrypt로 해시해 저장하며, 로그인 토큰은 해시값만 서버에 보관합니다.
- 결제는 iOS에서는 Apple App Store, Android에서는 Google Play가 처리하며, 운영자는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구독 해지는 각 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 할 수 있습니다.
- 서버 접근은 운영자로 제한하고, 접근 권한을 최소한으로 관리합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 계정을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

9. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 중대한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Autobello (오토벨로; representative: Sunghwan Park; “we”), the operator of Aero Simulatorrrr (“the app”), handles personal information. The app is a visualization app for enjoying airflow around cars; most of it works without an account. If this English text and the Korean text differ, the Korean text prevails.
1. What we process and why
- Account (optional): email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), session tokens — to sign you in and keep your cars and purchases across devices.
- Purchases and subscription: on iOS, App Store transaction data (transaction ID, signed transaction, subscription expiry); on Android, Google Play purchase data (purchase token, order ID, subscription expiry); and credit history — to verify payments, grant credits and premium, and handle refunds.
- Precise models (optional, paid): the 3–5 car photos you upload, the car’s name, size and color, and the generated 3D model and thumbnail — to check the photos, build the model and keep it in your garage.
- Library contributions (optional): models you choose to share, and other users’ viewing records used to calculate contribution rewards.
- Car requests (optional): the request text, the normalized vehicle, votes and notifications.
- Ads (free tier): on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking; on Android, the Google advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in system settings; on both, device and app information, approximate location from IP, and your ad consent state — to show and measure banner ads and manage consent by region.
- Simulation data: computed airflow fields, which identify no one, shared so the next viewer of the same car can start at once.
Screen-capture protection, quick preview modeling and the simulation itself run on your device and are not sent to us. We use no separate analytics or tracking SDK.
2. Retention and deletion
Account data, your cars, requests and notifications are kept until you delete your account and are deleted without delay on request. Purchase records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law. Original photos for precise models are not stored on our servers: they are only sent to the processors below; we keep the generated model and its thumbnail. Withdrawing a shared model removes it from the library.
3. Processors and international transfers
Oracle Cloud (Japan) hosts our server and the data in section 1. Anthropic, PBC (USA) checks precise-model photos (and finds plates and logos) and normalizes car request text, via an API whose data is not used for training. VAST AI Research — Tripo (USA and elsewhere) builds 3D models from the photos with plates and logos masked. Google LLC — AdMob (USA) serves and measures ads and manages consent. Apple Inc. (App Store) processes iOS payments and Google LLC (Google Play) processes Android payments. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) serves this page. Each keeps data under its own policy. We do not sell personal information or give it to third parties except as required by law.
4. Ads and tracking
iOS: we ask for App Tracking Transparency permission; without it the advertising identifier is not used and you see only non-personalized ads. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Android: the Google advertising ID may be used for personalized ads; reset or delete it in Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Google › Ads) to stop them. Every feature works the same either way. Where consent is required (EEA, UK and similar), Google’s consent form appears first. Premium subscribers see no ads.
5. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information, or to delete your account. Email us from, or quoting, your account’s email address; we act within 10 days after verifying it’s you. Data on your device (sign-in token, settings, airflow cache) is removed when you delete the app.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt; only hashes of sign-in tokens are stored. Payments are handled by Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android); we never receive card details. Cancel a subscription from your store’s subscription settings. Server access is limited to the operator.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
